The 3rd annual Gluten Free Living Now Expo will be held on October 5th, 2013 at The Fountains in Carmel, Indiana. Meet leading experts from around the country who will be lecturing and educating attendees on the topics of Celiac disease, gluten sensitivity and living a gluten-free lifestyle.

(from expo flyer) “These experts will provide gluten-free cooking demonstrations, recipes and taste tests from our demo stage, as well as informative lectures and question/answer sessions in our lecture hall.
The 2013 Expo will be hosting over 100 gluten-free vendors this year from around the U.S and Canada. Vendors will be showcasing and selling their gluten-free foods and products. Free sampling is encouraged and offered to all Expo attendees.
For our younger attendees, Schar is sponsoring a “Kid’s Corner.” Children of all ages can come and color Schar t-shirts; play with Schar’s equivalent of gluten-free play dough; and sample Schar’s gluten-free snacks.
For our adult crowd, this year we are adding a special addition…a gluten-free Beer Garden. Gluten-free beer along with Udi’s delicious gluten-free pizza and Glutino’s gluten-free pretzels will be provided for your sampling and enjoyment.”
