Mrs. May’s Naturals – Pom-Rasberry Crunch

Ingredients: cashew, cranberry, raspberry, sesame seeds, natural flavor, pomegranate powder, rice malt, evaporated cane juice, sea salt. Vegan, Gluten, Preservative, GMO & Cholesterol FREE.
One of my favorite packaged snacks is the slow, dry-roasted nut series by Mrs. May’s Naturals.   They come in several unique varieties, but my favorite is the Pom-Rasberry crunch. These little delectable clusters consist of cashews, cranberries, raspberries, a hint of pomegranate flavor and sweetened with cane juice.  They are light and not overly sweet, and easy on the teeth.  You may want to consume the entire package at once – though I recommend eating only ½ the package so you will have some leftover for another day!  At 0 grams of trans fat – they are not only gluten-free, but also a healthy snack alternative.  Great to keep in the car, while travelling by plane, or just sitting down & “crunching” with a nice cup of your favorite organic tea.
